Early Entry Deadline June 6th 2025!

Entry Requirements

The Anthem Awards accepts entries through its simple online entry system. Entrants will be able to navigate through the relevant cause and categories, upload work and supporting documents and complete their entries with a very simple process. Here are some helpful guidelines for making sure that the process goes smoothly.

There are 3 fields on the submission form where you can provide a write-up describing the 1) Summary of the Project and Strategy, 2) Goals or Objectives and the 3) Results & Impact. We highly recommend completing these sections to help provide context for the judges.

You can also add up to 5 uploaded documents or 6 urls for the entry including websites, images, PDFs, case study page, etc.

Keep in mind, judging is based on the criteria for each category as determined by the Academy as well as industry leaders from non-profits, foundations and purpose-driven brands. Depending on the category type, judges will consider the concept, execution, engagement, inclusivity and impact of the work. You can review all Judging Criteria here.

Case Study Pages

In addition or in place of the written description fields on the submission form, you can setup and submit a case study page with a written description of the work, case study or demo video, images or screenshots, etc. Case study pages are not required, so there are no guidelines or specs except that all content must be playable/viewable on the submitted link.

Non-English Language Entries

Work from around the world is eligible for submission, and our judges reflect a culturally diverse body. The Academy boasts membership from more than 30 countries.

Although the work may be in different languages, the supporting materials must be in English. Also, here are some things to consider if you are submitting digital assets in a non-English language:

Websites: If there is an English version of your website, we encourage you to enter that.

Video/Podcasts: Please dub or subtitle video content into English.

Social: If there is an English version of your social account, we encourage you to submit that.

For all non-English digital experiences, the work will be translated into English with Google Translate and judged in English.

Acknowledgment of Entries

Entrants will receive an email acknowledgment when an entry has been received. If you did not receive a confirmation email, please email info@anthemawards.com to make sure the entry was received.
